Update portal models

Situation

The portal RNC schema was updated and the models need to be updated as well.

Use Case

Needed for a correct created JSON file.

Possible Implementation

• Look at Refactor product/portal schema #197 of an overview
• Amend, extend, or remove the models.
• Look at src/docbuild/models/deliverable.py
