Progress bar and notification for installing dependencies by chocolatery or something

What is the problem this feature will solve?

Hello. I just downloaded the latest installer for a fresh Windows 11 and selected chocolatey dependency install. It's been installing Node.js for an insane 7 hours. It’s using a single CPU logic core and seems to be compiling something in the background—with no notifications or progress indicators. It’s really confusing.
Chocolatey v2.5.0
Upgrading the following packages:
python;visualstudio2019-workload-vctools
By upgrading, you accept licenses for the packages.

What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?

Any request regarding the chocolatery should be directed at Willy Wonka, and regarding Chocolatey, at https://github.com/chocolatey-community/chocolatey-packages.
I might be wrong, but I don't think this is actionable on this repo. /cc @nodejs/platform-windows

Hey guys, I'm not very experienced. I don't even know who Willy Wonka is. I'm installing Node.js from the official website, and it's been running for over 24 hours on a Xeon 2697 v3 CPU. Based on the random load pattern across the CPU cores (and network activity), it seems like something is still happening in the background—maybe something related to Visual Studio.

To be honest, I don't even really need it? During the Node.js installation, I thought some libraries might need to be compiled on Windows, so I selected this Chocolatey.

But there wasn't any of warnings that it will be so long. It's a bit "surprising", I would call it a bad user experience.

As already mentioned before, this is a Chocolatey issue. In addition, I couldn't find more similar complaints, so it probably happens sporadically. For these reasons, I'll close it. If needed, feel free to reopen.
