fix(shared-cms): More than one churn content per product+interval is not allowed

Because
- It is acceptable if none or 1 offering is returned when looking up churn content for a product + interval combination

This pull requests
- Will only capture a Sentry event if more than one offering is returned for a product/interval combination.
