Fix min16uint debug test to accept named SSA values
The min precision widening changes introduce trunc instructions that cause SSA values to get names like %.i08 instead of numeric %6. Widen the FileCheck regex from %{{[0-9]+}} to %{{[^ ,]+}} to accept both. Co-authored-by: Copilot <[email protected]>
