Consider only references instead the whole object in dependent entities in machine

Description

It would speed up machine get and list quite a bit if instead of the whole allocation only the allocationUUID is filled. Same applies for size and partition.

The allocation must only be return completely to the metal-hammer if this machine needs to be installed.

So the signature of the boot-service/WaitResponse should only contain the allocation
