feat: add .nojekyll file and update Vite config for GitHub Pages deployment

- Added a .nojekyll file to the public directory to bypass Jekyll processing on GitHub Pages.
- Updated vite.config.js to set the base path for GitHub Pages, allowing for proper routing.
- Revised project description in EasyAppDev.Blazor.Store.csproj to highlight key features and improvements.
