Restore 'src/configure' script from upstream

The 'src/configure' script got clobbered by 'src/auto/configure' a long
time ago by 'autoconf' being called manually in 'src/' instead of
calling 'make autoconf'.  This commit restores the proper src/configure
script.  (Patch suggested by gmn.)
