CMB2 support

On https://github.com/WPBP/WordPress-Plugin-Boilerplate-Powered/ I am using native WP code to create a new page and with https://github.com/cmb2/cmb2 to create all the fields.
It is possible to use this library as wrapper for CMB2 instead of using the native fields?

CMB2 offers a lot of fields and hooks to customize everything.

Well for me is the same but the library already included some fields so I was thinking that you wanted to keep that code.

I have some plans for this library: make it more modular and custom page and fields renderers. See #10 ... to make this less bloated and import just what we want.
