Wanted change

he.net has implemented a token based way of updating TXT DNS records. There are already implementations in e.g. the following repo:

certbot-dns-he-net

Would be great to see it implemented in swag!

Reason for change

Fully implementation of he.net DNS service without disabling 2 factor authentication or exposing full account password in swag config.
