[BUG] Docker is very out of date

Current Behavior

The current version 4.47.1 is significantly out of date (latest is 4.50) and there's a critical update to fix plex watchlist sync

Expected Behavior

Update the docker to the latest version

4.47.1 is the latest stable release from Ombi. https://github.com/Ombi-app/Ombi/releases/latest
All releases since have been pre-releases, and are available with the development tag for the container.
