[BUG] Frontend still on 10.8.5

Current Behavior

JellyFin server is matching its tag version 10.11.6 but the frontend is stucked at 10.8.5

Expected Behavior

Frontend should match server version.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install 10.8.5
2. Upgrade to latest tag
