Wanted change

Add a way (either environment or by supplying additional args) to set the ControlIP=:: so that the service/container also works in an IPv6 environment.

Reason for change

jellyfin cannot be used in an environment which only support IPv6 ootb

jellyfin cannot be used in an environment which only support IPv6 ootb

my current environment supports IPv4 but it might change this year with a new ISP. if what OP is saying is true, i'm also highly interested in this because otherwise i may not be able to deploy this image in the future.

It's nontrivial to do this without breaking things for all the people who insist on hard-disabling IPv6 on their systems, but we'll have a look and see what's practical to do.
