[FEAT] Collab mode

Multiple users should be able to connect to a session and control it in some fashion. There should be a simple chat and possibly webcam/mic support for true collaboration.

Outside of collaboration mode (new landing URL) If a new client connects to a primary it should kick the old one out and the old client should stop trying to reconnect.

Sealskin has been released with initial collaboration support.

Once this has been out there for a bit we can implement passing around mouse and keyboard, right now it is just controller assignments.

Keyboard is an easy vector for a malicious user need to ensure things are locked down right before adding any kind of mouse or keyboard collaboration.

To achieve this role based token auth is baked into the selkies baseimages

Anyone can integrate the same way sealskin does and pass tokens around for users and change their roles. Switching a user from a controller to a normal presentor is possible so you can technically do this now, but everyone's page will get reloaded on that kind of cutover.
