[BUG] Shared mode not working when primary is under motion  #59

When we fixed a bunch of client issues shared mode was broken, it gets caught in a loop of trying to fix itself instead of waiting for the first keyframe. This includes the player 2 features as well.

The server side is solid it is just a side effect of client reloading because it thinks it is broken even though it is a shared client that should be waiting for a stream.
