[BUG] Cursor not found proot-apps results in huge blocky cursor

If a proot app is installed and it renders any kind of custom cursor the container layer will not be able to see the path to this file and it will render a big blocky pointer, we need to have some kind of fallback for when we get cursors like this or we need to map out the cursors in a proot app to the system somehow.

So it turns out the cursor is found it is just tiny 10x16, I have made modifications to fix this behavior to place the small cursor in the given 32x32 cursor space and modify its hot zone so it renders like more standard system cursors, the net result works but will need testing before wide release.
