Check the Sndk/wdc plug in commands with NVMe OF enclosure for SN655

Observations:
v2.15: Sndk/wdc Plug in commands are not working with SN655 (NVMe OF)
Working fine with nvme cli 2.11.
The command was supported with 2.11 is not supported in 2.15 version.
