sndk: vs-internal-log udui support

This adds support for an updated version of the dui log retrieved over
the vs-internal-log command, and imports the necessary pieces from the
WDC plugin implementation to process the execution.

With this change and the capabilities reworks committed earlier, this
bumps the plugin version to 3.0.0.
