[BUG][6.1][ODROID-XU4] Big problem with performance in interface XMB/Ozone

Description

When I launch Lakka 6.1, everything starts to slow down a lot.
The screen is twitching.
There are no visual issues on the loading screen (with the logo).

I tried the side-mounted Night Mode (Lakka-Exynos.arm-6.1-20260322-ac47637-odroid-xu4.img).
It’s gotten a little better (picture more stable), but everything still lags incredibly.

The response time to keypresses is about a second.
Pressing buttons doesn't always work (I testing on wired gamepad iBuffalo)
Background animation in XMB is veeery slow.

I tried lowering the resolution, forcing hardware processing, changing the shell, and changing the graphics driver. I couldn't fix the problem.
Unfortunately, I couldn't connect via ssh because I couldn't connect to my home Wi-Fi (this mabe also is bug).

ODROID XU4 have Mali-T628

As I understand, it incorrectly identified the 3D accelerator, and therefore it is not working correctly.

Surely, my odroid-xu4 was also bad performance on Lakka-v6.1.
Lakka-v5.x is good performance.

However, "mali-t620" was also recorded in the Lakkav5.x panfrost logs, this may not be the cause.
mali-t620 is MALI_FAMILY name perhaps.

This problem also happened on upstream LibreELEC 13 nightly image.
I'll ask this to LibreELEC team.

This problem is not fixed yet.

Note.
on the other hand, this graphic performance problem occurred from kernel 6.16, didn't occur on 6.15.
but there was noisy audio issue on 6.15.
