Description

Every few days librespot vanishes from spotify clients (both the Android app and the web client)

Version

librespot 0.8.0 33bf3a7 (Built on 2026-03-26, Build ID: rNi5LSre, Profile: release)

How to reproduce

1. Launch librespot in a systemd unit sending output to snapcast via pulseaudio
2. Connect with Spotify web client to start music
3. wait a few days (less than 7)
4. Librespot is no longer visible in the spotify clients

I have the full logs with --verbose and they are 12 MB. I can upload them to pastebin but please tell me how to Redact data you consider personal. What fields should I consider personal? Could we document a command in the wiki that strips personal data?

Additional context

The Raspberry Pi is connected to my Internet router via Ethernet. My Internet connection is stable. As soon as I restart the systemd unit, librespot works again (for a few days).
