Cannot download when behind proxy

Looks like because it is not using proxy settings when using Download,
it hangs then npm install process in corporate/enterprise proxy environment.

> gifsicle@3.0.4 postinstall .../node_modules/gifsicle
> node lib/install.js
{ hangs like forever }
