For software engineers who work with others, providing excellent reviews is an important skill. Thoughtful reviews can increase quality, level folks up, and even build community. High impact reviews position folks to have vast professional and personal impact, delivering solutions with high quality while building relationship with reviewees. Together we'll look at what makes a good review and strategies to put those being reviewed at ease.
