[FEAT]: Configuring automatic code review by Copilot

Describe the need

Github recently added a new checkbox to organization rulesets to enable automatic code review of pull requests (see here).

There is currently no way to enable this via the github_organization_ruleset resource as far as I can tell.

There is no way to enable this for a github_repository_ruleset either.
There is a more general issue for configuring copilot support which already has some activity: #2583

If I use Terraform to manage my Rulesets, and then enable this feature manually (due to no provider support), then this causes future TF Plans to error out due to provider crashes.
