Refactor content script with improved constants and modular UI functions

- Introduced ICONS, ELEMENT_IDS, and other constants for better code organization
- Split UI injection into smaller, focused functions (createHoverPanelHTML, injectStyles, setupHoverBehavior)
- Simplified hover panel markup and styling
- Extracted error handling into a separate function
- Added padding utility for consistent number display
