Feature: Read Only Mode/Hardend Mode

As it's an ui for a security engine I would like a mode or setup version where it only reads alerts, settings etc.
But it can't edit them or crowdsec settings at all. A Hardend version if you will.
I don't know if that is even posible with how the application is built.

I already have it. but most people will not use it so didn't release it.

I would also be interested in this. I'm not super happy about needing to require admin-level exec docker api access to my whole lab security engine just so I can get a ui for reviewing metrics and decisions.

Based on the api call shown in the logs it should be possible to make all these calls directly to the CS lapi server by including crowdsec_manager in the cs config trusted_ips list, right? Then it wouldn't need to exec into the container to run api calls.
