Configured thinking effort vanishes 5-10 seconds after opening gh copilot cli

Describe the bug

When I open copilot cli from the command prompt, I am able to see the thinking effort settings(high/medium/low) but it vanishes after some time by itself.

Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.33-0.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Open cmd.exe, windows 11
2. Type "gh copilot" and press enter
3. It shows up the thinking effort settings configured

4. Wait for some time 5. The thinking effort settings configured vanishes by itself

Expected behavior

It should not vanish
