Bump undici and @azure/functions in /samples/BidirectionChat/js (#332)

Removes [undici](https://github.com/nodejs/undici). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency @azure/functions. These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `@azure/functions` from 4.1.0 to 4.11.0
