feat: Add AI Gradient Generator dialog (based on PR #117 by @jherr)

This adds Chrome's built-in AI Prompt API integration for gradient generation.
Unlike the original PR, this implementation uses a static JSON Schema instead
of the zod library, avoiding the need for additional dependencies.
