In the electron version of opencode-desktop, the notification status refreshes every time it is reopened

In the Electron version of opencode-desktop, the notification state is refreshed every time it is reopened, even if all notifications are manually cleared.
This problem existed in previous versions of Electron, but was not limited to this version.

Would recover if clear the badges twice and not using the tui, but why

Steps to reproduce

1. Open OpenCode TUI once, then open OpenCode Desktop
2. Clear all message badges
3. Reopen OpenCode Desktop

Probably one of your plugins is not loading in new electron app. Check disabling one by one.
