因为有时候会有一些操作类型的问题比如一个界面有很多按钮，但open code有识别不了图片，我又得问该选那个按钮，非常的麻烦，所以我想搞一个能让open code识别图片的功能，但open code又不能直接调用ollama，虽然这个问题很可有可无，但是我的目的是为什么open code识别不了图片，求求加个能识别图片的功能
