v1.14.35 Desktop shows plugin loaded, but oh-my-openagent custom agents not visible in GUI (TUI works when launched from same exe)

Description

After upgrading to OpenCode Desktop v1.14.35:

1. The Desktop plugin list correctly shows oh-my-openagent as loaded ✓
2. However, the custom agents (Sisyphus, Oracle, Librarian, etc.) are not visible in the GUI agent selector dropdown ✗
3. When launching TUI from the same Desktop exe via PowerShell, all custom agents appear correctly and work normally

This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

• [BUG] oh-my-openagent works on 1.3.13 but registers nothing on 1.3.14 #21032: oh-my-openagent plugin shows as loaded but registers no agents (similar symptom: plugin loads but custom agents are missing)
• oh-my-openagent v3.15.2 fails to load agents in OpenCode v1.3.15 on Ubuntu 22.04 #21081: oh-my-openagent fails to load agents in a later OpenCode version (similar: agents not appearing after plugin shows loaded)

If your issue is specifically about the Desktop GUI vs TUI discrepancy (TUI works but GUI doesn't), it may still be a distinct bug worth tracking separately — please clarify if that's the case.

On M5 macbook pro , running v1.14.34 and v1.14.35 in the GUI cannot properly load oh-my-openagent.
