manifest.build self-hosting: gpt-5.5 does not appear after model refresh

Description

Using manifest.build in self-hosted mode, newly released OpenAI model gpt-5.5 does not appear after refreshing models.

OpenCode docs indicate models are loaded via provider/model discovery and refreshed through the normal model listing flow, so this appears to be a model catalog or refresh-path issue for self-hosted usage. If there is no known incompatibility, gpt-5.5 should become selectable after refresh.
