Description
When a session is renamed in the session list, its timestamp is updating causing it to unexpectedly jump in it's position in the session list.
I had previously corrected this behaviour in the long-since merged pr #9495, but that fix appears to have been clobbered by changes introduced in 6d95f0d.

- Open the
session_list and hit Ctrl + R to rename a session.
- Observe the sessions position in the session list unexpectedly jumps to the top.
