Environment

• Homebrew (Apple Silicon)

Issue

Reinstalling opencode via the new tap fails due to a missing release artifact (HTTP 404).

Steps to Reproduce

# Remove existing install
brew uninstall opencode

# Remove old tap
brew untap sst/tap

# Add new tap and reinstall
brew tap anomalyco/tap
brew install anomalyco/tap/opencode

Result

Installation fails when fetching the binary:

Error: Failed to download resource "opencode (1.4.12)"
Download failed: https://github.com/anomalyco/opencode/releases/download/v1.4.12/opencode-darwin-arm64.zip
curl: (56) The requested URL returned error: 404

Expected

Successful install of opencode via anomalyco/tap.

Notes

• The failure appears to be due to a missing or incorrectly published release asset (opencode-darwin-arm64.zip) for version 1.4.12.
• This reproduces consistently after a clean uninstall and retap.

Using brew install opencode install 1.4.0 as a workaround.

I'm also seeing this. Upgrading via brew fails with a 404 on the release asset:

brew upgrade anomalyco/tap/opencode
==> Downloading https://github.com/anomalyco/opencode/releases/download/v1.4.12/opencode-darwin-arm64.zip
curl: (56) The requested URL returned error: 404
