Model appears in list of available models allthough not configured via ~/.config/opencode/opencode.json

Description

I configured LM Studio (on a remote host) as a provider and quite a few models to use with that provider.

On thing that raises a question: I do have this model downloaded to my LM studio server

However I don't have it on my opencode config files

How does opencode know this model is there?

I also do have downloaded many other models to my LM Studio instance that are not listed in opencode (which seems correct because they are not part of my opencode config files either)

This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

• OpenCode displays models which aren't configured & don't exist in LM Studio #4232: Same behavior reported — OpenCode displays models in the list that aren't configured in opencode.json for LM Studio, including models not installed locally. The root cause appears to be that opencode auto-discovers models from the LM Studio /v1/models endpoint in addition to what's in the config file.
