models.dev how-to-use modal needs terms of use and privacy policy

The models.dev website has the "How to use" modal that states that "You can access this data through an API", however, there are no terms of service or privacy policy in sight. This is legally problematic.

@maxguru You can only access information about those models using the API. If you want to call the model then you need to signup on one of the providers. Therefore, models.dev is only a place to know where a certain model is available, or where it is the cheapest.

@gurvirsinghdev I get that. The issue is that I don't know models.dev's terms (not the model provider terms). Under what terms am I allowed to use https://models.dev/api.json?
