[RFR] : Simplify the OpenDialog function stamps for many upcomming feature (for reduce interface code modification each time i will add a feature)

        Breaking change : only one stamp for OpenDialog. a FileDialogConfig must be passed as argument for select the modes. see DemoApp for how to use
