abstract conventions for AO.Models

This will be the test case for #29. The idea here is to port the existing [AssemblyModelBuilder](https://github.com/adamfoneil/ModelSync/blob/master/ModelSync.Library/Services/AssemblyModelBuilder.cs) to a more abstract, pluggable way of doing this so that different conventions may be swapped in and out.
