iOS freezes after opening files

Hello, thank you for your amazing work on this plugin.

When opening a pdf (possibly other types of files?) on iOS, the file viewer windows is opened and then closed a second after, after which the app process freezes completely, this behavior was replicated on:

• iPhone 11 (iOS 18.5)
• iPad Air (4th Generation) (iOS 18.6.2)
• iPhone 14 (iOS 18.6)

I unfortunately don't have logs as I don't currently have access to a macOS device, it works correctly on android.

The project is using new arch and react native version is 0.79.5, a couple of dependencies require an older version of react if that helps but I'm not sure how it relates.
