Added first version of Remote Node Inspector

- For now the user can monitore ANY node from ANY cluster from grafana
itself => we should determine if this is secured enough for what we want
- Because emulating locally, don't have pods => we need to have the
pybridge running to test and build pod relative dashboard / panel
