Issue description
Problem
The documentation is missing information about how to create resource group.
- What is a Label?
- How does any of the labels like
subaccount_id, zone_id or instance_id impact the resource group?
- Where can someone find a
zone_id? Is it same as identityzoneid?
I would also suggest better distinction between what's required and what's optional. We have user's applying labels assuming they are required but are optional in fact.
