[doc issue] Creating deployment for SAP-RPT-1 does not work as described

Issue description

I tried to create a deployment as described, however when using the versions sap-rpt-1-small and sap-rpt-1-large for the model sap-rpt-1 I get an error stating, that:

Error code: 01510003
Message: Invalid Request, Runtime Adapter Exception; The Configuration xxx you've provided is invalid. Please ensure you supply a valid Configuration.

When I use the model version latest, creating the deployment is successful, however requests against HOST/v2/inference/deployments/DEPLOYMENT-ID/api/predict/ fail with 404.
Requests against HOST/v2/inference/deployments/DEPLOYMENT-ID/predict/ fail with 502.

Help and possibly correction of the docs will be much appreciated.

I now found that omitting the trailing / leads to 422, which implies, that I am reaching the service (with model version latest).
