The idea is to pay for the training of someone inside of the organization an after he/she will teach the others.
Trying to improve the knowledge of someone inside of the organization looks cheaper than trying to improve everyone at the same time. In the end he/she will teach the others.
- Telephone game happens, the “trainer” can’t keep all the information that he/she learnt.
- Trainer doesn’t have the capacity to answer difficult questions.
- Trainer will select what looks important.
- The team receives some knowledge from someone who is not qualified.
- Trainers will make the organization spend more money in the future.
- Takes more time.
- Thinking of saving money when wanting to teach more than one person.
- The trainers aren’t prepared to teach others.
- The whole team needs to learn.
- Invite an expert to the organization.
- Train at least a group of people.
