doc: mention that the deserialized object works perfectly when used by `console.table()`

This was unintentional, but a very interesting recent discovery. The deserialized Markdown table produced by this API, when used w/ the standard console.table() method, produces a very nice tabular data frame.

This should probably be documented/demonstrated in an example!
