codis-fe无法手动取消从库读请求

pika版本：3.5.5
codis-fe会自动给从节点添加读流量，取消勾选后一会又会自动添加，在做主动运维如机器升降配的时候，因为从节点有流量会对业务造成影响，这个是否有参数能够控制？

看起来有两个问题，一个是这里取消勾选之后，Dashboard并没有向proxy下发路由更新的请求。另一个问题是Dashboard定期对pika节点的探活会重新把slave加回来。这个问题我们看下怎么修复比较好。
