Describe the bug
Issue: Organization email confirmed but still showing as pending
Organization: Vervotech
Email confirmed: [email protected]
Confirmation page shows "already confirmed"
But org page still shows "Pending Email Address"
Members section still shows error: "Your organization must be confirmed before you can change its membership"
Tried: hard refresh, sign out/in, different browser — nothing works
Repro Steps
Issue: Organization email confirmed but still showing as pending
