Merge pull request #10657 from NuGet/chabiss-triagebot
This triage bot is taken from microsoft/vsmarketplace#1338 and adapted to the NuGetGallery. Currently the bot is not meant to do a lot of things. It's merely to test it out if it works in Gallery. What the bot will do initially is Priority the issues using existing label "Priority -1", "Priority - 2", "Priority - 3" Any issue that are not feature request, but with lower priority than 2, with over 18 months of inactivity, will be labelled: 'Stale' with a message to the issue author that it has been labelled as such The "OkToClose" label is going to be used to tell the bot that a given issue is ok to be closed and will be close. We do not use 'OkToClose' in depot, this new label is pretty safe to use for testing for now.
