winget docs: highlight multiple ways to install a collection of packages

- install.md: promote 'Install multiple packages' to its own section with
  a clear example; separate from disambiguation content; add tip linking
  to export/import/configure for larger scenarios
- export.md: add Related topics links to import and configure
- import.md: add Related topics section linking to export and configure
- configure.md: add intro sentence framing it as the most complete
  approach; add tip pointing to simpler alternatives
