Fix multiple GitHub issues: typos, outdated content, missing anchor

  'attach all filters' example command (issue #5772); add quotes to
  the Filter-01, Filter-02 example command (issue #4956)

- hub/dev-environment/javascript/nodejs-on-wsl.md: Remove outdated
  'GUI apps coming soon' sentence; update outdated claim that WSL
  does not support GUI apps (issue #5493)
