Clarify phone/address privacy in Partner Center support info (MSIX, MSI, PWA) (#6674)

* Clarify phone/address privacy in support info (MSIX, MSI, PWA)

Add a NOTE to the Phone number and address info section of all three
app-type support-info pages clarifying that this contact information is
not displayed in the app's public Store listing. The previous wording
('so customers can reach out to you') implied the address would be
visible to Store users, which raised developer privacy concerns.

Fixes: developer confusion about address visibility in Store listings.
Applies to: msix, msi/exe, and pwa publish paths.
