+With administrative access to the admin center, you can use the **Help and Support** option to file an on-line support ticket for a supported service. To create and manage a support incident, your account must have an Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) role that includes the *action* **microsoft.office365.supportTickets**. Guest users are an exception. They can't file support tickets, even when granted the correct action.
